(The outside can feel fully dry, but the inside retains water) put one in while the other dries and simply swap from one to the other. No more unabl to use the cleaner fue to wet filter. Now 1 star as the inside of the filter has a cotton wool lining which after being cleaned 4 times is coming away. Can no longer push thr insert back into it and cotton wool is going i yo the wrong side of the filter. Useless as it will feed directly into the motor and could possibly catch fire.

Perhaps I should have stockpiled a few, just in case......!
